Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective October 3, 2026

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on AutoTurret infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at AutoTurretSupport@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA Notice", including:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  3. where the material is on AutoTurret, such as a URL or public status page, with enough detail for us to find it;
  4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include: your signature; the material that was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any district where we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
